Stacy M. Kirven

Attorney Stacy M. Kirven, founder and Head Lawyer at the law firm Kirven Law LLC, based Wyoming, was born in Dallas, Texas, but has lived in Sheridan, Wyoming since she was 6 years old. Attorney Stacy M. Kirven received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Criminal Justice and Political Science from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington. Attorney Stacy M. Kirven earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2.5 years, graduating a semester early from the University of Wyoming College of Law in December of 2014.

Stacy M. Kirven has been helping immigrants in the United States and abroad since 2012, when she joined the International Human Rights Practicum at the University of Wyoming College of Law. During law school, Stacy worked on ground-breaking litigation for maternal health in Uganda and she lived in Tanzania, Africa, volunteering with a Women’s Rights NGO.

Attorney Stacy M. Kirven has been the primary immigration attorney in Sheridan and Johnson counties, helping clients obtain green cards, student/work visas, defend against deportation, and in obtaining their US citizenship.

Attorney Stacy M. Kirven gained experience as an attorney with a local law firm in Sheridan before opening Kirven Law, LLC in January 2019. Stacy has ample experience in representing clients with domestic relations issues, including divorce, establishment of paternity, establishment of custody and visitation, child support, custody modifications, adoption, termination of parental rights, and guardianships.
